If you are still having the same error message after installing the MS Visual C++ Redistributable, the latter might be corrupted and you would need to do a repair on this version of the redistributable.
1. Open Control Panel

2. Select Uninstall a program

3. Select the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable mentioned in the error message. (e.g. Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86) – 11.0.61030)

4. Hit Change to open the installer

5. Hit Repair in the installer window

6. Repeat steps 3-5 for the x64 version (if you have a 64bit system)
